Of the 5 nights we stayed in the property, there were several experiences that made us reconsider our choice of staying here. On the first night, while I was prepping the bath tub, I spotted a used, dried contact lens on the ledge of the tub. Upon reporting this via the Marriott app, the staff did offer to come up to clean the tub, but as it was late I had rejected their offer. My arrival experience was truly royal thanks to the kind care of Melissa, Tina and Amily, who escorted me to the room after a very speedy check-in.
