“Extremely disappointing experience at the Ritz-Carlton Boston. After our stay, we left our luggage with the hotel while we stepped out briefly. When we returned, the bell attendant loaded our car but forgot one of our bags. We only realized this after driving 5 hours back home. We immediately contacted the hotel, and two weeks later, I still don’t have my luggage. It contains valuable personal items , and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear answers. Both luxurious and comfortable, with luxurious linens, a spacious bathroom with large soaking tub and walk-in shower. It felt like home away from home. It felt like a standard Marriott that was an ounce nicer, needs were met but never anticipated nor exceeded.
