“(i wrote this in english and translated it to chinese). ritz carlton was truly five star / first class service. the concierge and staff are so attentive and kind. my family and i enjoyed our stay here very much. it is very kid friendly. the staff would provide stuffed animal toys and host activities for chinese new year such as making donuts. i had difficulties making reservations at restaurants so the concierge helped me. they helped me order food delivery and tickets to lantern festival. they also showed us how to get to our destinations. every staff member is helpful and kind. in particular” — Sophia Lee

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel during October–November 2025. The location is extremely convenient for attending nearby trade shows. Our room was on a high floor with a beautiful view overlooking the Canton Tower and the Pearl River, which made the stay even more special.
