“The room is quite old and the interior design is kind of outdated. The view is stunning though. I visited the spa at the Ritz-Carlton for the first time in January. I booked a 180-minute “me time” package, which included a body scrub, facial, and body massage. However, the body scrub lasted only about two minutes before I was told to shower so the treatment could continue. I was quite surprised by the rushed and rough service, especially at this price point in a luxury hotel. For HKD 6,xxx, I had expected a much more dedicated and relaxing experience.
