“We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Perth. We arrived and first impression was outstanding. Clean and well presented. We had a delay in our room being ready for our occupancy. We were escorted to a beautiful lounge area with much apology and presented with complimentary refreshments. While it wasn’t a long wait we were certainly not left alone with staff constantly engaging with us so friendly and professional on any further refreshments and ensuring we were comfortable.
