Valet team is very efficient, fast and extremely considerate. Front desk, restaurant and bar are equally outstanding. Specifically, Sebastian got out of his way to make a surprise special. “Very rarely feel the need to give places a good review but this hotel is great, and that’s coming from someone (for reference) who has been fortunate enough to spend a ~week at every Peninsula hotel in the world over my lifetime. This hotel had impeccable, welcoming service from the moment I arrived. Great location. Debated staying here or another (decent) property for half the cost—happy I chose here.
