“Beautiful hotel. Very clean and modern. Would get 5 star for rooms if it were not for bathtub/shower combo with weird shower curtain. I do not think they realize how outdated that concept really is. If you have to have a shower curtain maybe you should should consider sliding glass door. Over all little Motel 6 with shower/bath thing.” — Mark
“Had a decent 3 night stay. It was a beautiful building and close to all my tour meeting spots. Front desk employees and bellhops were average. Room was clean and bartenders and housekeeping were good. The fitness room was excellent and probably one of the highlights of my trip. It was clean, bright, and well stocked.” — Cathy K
“I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton on Stockton Street during a short trip to San Francisco, and overall it was a comfortable, mostly positive experience. The location is really convenient—right near Chinatown and Union Square—so getting around on foot was easy, though the steep hills nearby can be a bit tiring. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite without being overbearing. My room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the city, though the decor felt a little dated compared to newer hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night, whi” — Brews Cruise, Inc.
