“Our first time in a Club Level room. Wow. Just wow. Every single touch point on the floor was amazing. Huge amazing shoutout to the Club employees - soooo lovely. Room was ok. It was clean - linens were lovely. We did have tea to celebrate cherry blossom season - it was the day before Easter…and it was ok. I’ve had better - also I’ve had worse. First pot of tea was lukewarm and it took quite a while to find someone to mention it to. The 2nd pot of tea was lovely. Food was nice. Wish the scones were bigger and came not so long after the tray. While we were eating I noticed my husband had a weir” — Krista Holmes
“Fantastic hotel with an outstanding bar. (Quadrant Bar) A limited but very tasty food selection. The bartenders are some of the best I've seen and the creative cocktails are worth the visit. They also have a wonderful selection of high-end liquors. (Plus, maybe the coolest ice cubes ever!) The hotel stay was excellent and certainly lived up to Ritz-Carlton standards. Like most Ritz-Carlton's, it was expensive but there are absolutely deals to be had. You feel as if you are treated like royalty from the moment you check into the moment you leave! Strongly Recommend!” — John Coulson
“Let me start out by saying I’m a titanium member and this is not my first stay at Ritz. I was there for my podcast oddly enough upon checking in I got to my room was average for a Ritz nothing to brag about or complain about. Within 10 min I was going to change for my podcast when someone decided to not knock and just barge in. To say that was uncomfortable was an understatement. I let management know which they offered some compensation but I wasn’t interested in that, mistakes happen…. But it got a lot worse. Shortly after I realized there was no soap, no hair dryer, the mini bar wasn’t miss” — Jenni Tay
