“An unforgettable experience! We stayed for one night on our way to Berlin. We arrived at almost 12pm and the room was ready for our family. “Wish I could give 5 stars but the check in experience at the front desk was horrible. Agent couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed him on the app. Guy stared at his screen for like 10 min while I waited there.
