The Setai, Tel Aviv

“We loved our stay. Stayed w my mom and sister for 7 nights. Loved every minute of it. They’re accommodating and kind everyone who works here. Breakfast was great and the room was spacious and cleaned so well everyday. Also, the neighborhood has so much charm and is so pleasant to walk around. Would stay again!!” — daniella friedman

“The Satai is a rare hotel in it's landscape with a highend boutique feel. Situated at the historic Kishla Ottoman police station building overlooking Tel Aviv beach, staying in Satai feels the opposite of the modern bustling atemosphere of Tel Aviv. The rooms are spaceships and comfortable, the Spa is a treat and the pools are overlooking Jafa and the Mediterranean sea. The staff was kind and helpful, and is truely 5 atar worthy.” — Yochai Gilad

“For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury property, this experience was deeply disappointing. On our very first evening, we returned from dinner only to find the hotel entrance locked and completely unattended. When a security guard finally arrived, he spoke to us through the glass in a manner that felt unwelcoming and suspicious, rather than treating us as valued guests. The interaction was uncomfortable and far below the level of hospitality and professionalism we expected from a hotel of this standard. A luxury hotel should make its guests feel welcomed, respected, and taken care of at a” — Avraham Yehudaei
