What guests say
“I am writing this review as a diplomat representing the Embassy of Brazil, a frequent guest of this establishment (this was my 4th or 5th stay), and someone who is very familiar with what St. Regis service used to be. My recent experience at The St. Regis Beijing was an abomination, and I actually checked out early because I couldn’t stay there anymore. I arrived exhausted after an overnight flight, wearing casual sports clothes as I was returning from a vacation in Australia. The attitude at check-in was cold, dismissive, and lacked any basic courtesy compared to the previous times I was ther” — Georgenes Marçal
“Excellent customer service! They let us checked-in before 1PM, much needed rest after an early Great Wall of China 7 hours tour. Great amenities overall! But… room decors were dated. At least for me, TV needs to be upgraded first. Delightful breakfast/lunch buffet at their Garden Court. Always a morning feasts, great selection of hot entree’s, breakfast pastries, tropical fruits, plus noodles/soup/bar stations. Used our $100 hotel credit for lunch buffet which is all worth it! Three minutes walk to 7-Eleven and about 8-10 mins walk to the subway station. If you are looking for a 5 star elegant” — Christopher U
“Really enjoyed our stay at St Regis Beijing. Unsurpassed butler and guest service. I like to pay a special compliment to the housekeeping crew. I left my Montblanc card case and they hurriedly returned it to me before departing for the airport. Well done 👏 Looking forward to returning very soon.” — Basil Chua
