“I’ve stayed at St. Regis hotels in many countries, but this one is hands down the worst. It might just be that the general hospitality quality in Egypt is lower. 1) Photos don't lie: Upon entering the room, I found a piece of used soap left in the shower. Even though it’s an open buffet, she went above and beyond to personally serve us and spoiled us like no tomorrow.
