“I thought a lot before writing this review to be honest . First of all I will talk about the positives , the hotel is really luxurious with amazing location . The staff are really helpful and friendly and they weren’t looking for any tips unlike other hotels in Cairo . The rooms are spacious . Now I will talk about my experience ( hence the 3 stars I rated the hotel out of 5 ) I booked from a lovely Saudi application called Almatar in which I was given the choice to change the hotel anytime even just before the check in with no fee . “The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Magat , Ehsaan ,Maryam, Ahmed at the breakfast were exceptional. “Four Seasons is Four Seasons. You can never go wrong with it anywhere you go. Huge hotel, rooms are big, service is great, people are super nice and you have plenty of options for food and swimmings pools. It is suitable for kids & families. They have plenty of beach activities (and the water is beautiful for scuba diving & snorkeling) and variety of restaurants. The in-room dining was amazing but super expensive.. “The Waldorf Astoria Cairo was a great experience emphasizing modern luxury. We were welcomed upon check in with a beautiful atrium, updated rooms, and warm service. “The hotel itself is GORGEOUS and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were supposed to get our room at 3 but we got it at 4:30. They did upgrade us to a suit which was spacious and grand. However, the room wasn’t as clean as expected. The bathroom had footprints, the carpet was full of dust and the room smelled like it hasn’t been open in a while. The fridge and iron weren’t working and the amenities were scarce. The breakfast was very average. Food wasn’t fresh and the trays weren’t being refilled.
