“The hotel itself is GORGEOUS and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were supposed to get our room at 3 but we got it at 4:30. They did upgrade us to a suit which was spacious and grand. However, the room wasn’t as clean as expected. The bathroom had footprints, the carpet was full of dust and the room smelled like it hasn’t been open in a while. The fridge and iron weren’t working and the amenities were scarce. The breakfast was very average. Food wasn’t fresh and the trays weren’t being refilled.
