“Topnotch location, just by the Harbour, next to Salamanca Place. The room, very well appointed Harbour view. Convenience of the guests were truly prioritised. Clean smelling carpet and almost new towels. Fully automated, including the blinds and curtains. Pillows were excellent (duck down)! Can't fault the service in any way. “Booked in for one night and upon arrival at 3 pm we were informed that the previous guests will only check out around 4 pm and the room would not be ready until after 5. The only thing that they originally offered was free parking and a voucher for 2 free drinks. I was ropable and I was so angry that I fumed out of the hotel. My husband, who needs an afternoon nap due to medical issues, agreed to a lesser room. He got up to the room which was next to the elevator and the maids closet and, even he wasn’t happy.
