THE THIEF

“The hotel has a luxurious feeling and the breakfast is exceptional (both à la carte and buffé included) 🍳🥞The staff were very serviceminded and helpful. The bathroom is beautiful, but the bed is very hard👎🏻🛌 To conclude, the room is not worth the price and we will not be staying here again. But it was fun to experience one night.” — Mr. & Ms HW

“I stayed here with my family. The location is very good, however, unfortunately the service from the front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen (dinner) did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk or in the lobby for about 10 minutes to check us in, and no one came out to assist with our luggage. The front desk staff was somewhat cold and not particularly welcoming. The only front desk staff member who stood out positively was the gentleman who checked us out, he was very professional and kindly helped us with our luggage. In our room, the bed sheets were not ” — Andri D

“Brilliant weekend for my husband's birthday. Room | quiet, incredibly comfortable bed, lovely view (Room #728). Breakfast | legendary. Bar | imaginative (album covers as artwork and vinyl LP's you can play). Spa | sumptuous, gorgeous pool, steam room & sauna. Lighting throughout the entire hotel gave a tranquil calm feel. Tying it all together...the amazing team working there..professionalism exemplified” — P Finch
