The Vines Resort & Spa

“We recently stayed at the Vines resort which is in a lovely location and right under the Andes mountains. The main hotel building is very pleasant and houses the bar and a restaurant with a nice terrace with a view to the mountains. Overall we felt that the hotel was very expensive for what it offered. It advertises it has a spa but there are no spa facilities. Treatments take place in a converted bedroom. The swimming pool is not heated and is COLD, it is also not cleaned properly and algae can be found on and underneath the coping tiles.
