“Great location, great rooms and view. Very nice Vista lounge on the 17th floor with good food and drinks. However, the service quality needs improvement, especially taking into account the price level. My room reservation could not be found when I arrived despite I had the confirmation directly from the hotel staff. My luggage could not be found for some time when I wanted to retrieve it after checking out. Overall, it is great hotel and still is one of the best stays I had in Tel Aviv” — Mark Shmulevich

“One of the best places I have ever stayed. I travel to many places for business. This place was exceptionally clean. The staff were all very friendly and the food was awesome. I was not a huge fan of the Mediterranean style food but that was personal preference. All the food was made too notch and was very fresh. Amazing place for family. Great view and pool. Located in a very safe area. I walked around at night many times with no fear. The street was a bit crowded which made getting into the parking tricky but that is not their fault. If you are going to Tel Aviv this is the place to stay. I ” — Christopher Thompson
