“This is an awesome hotel in a great location! Don’t stay any place else in Dublin. The service is impeccable, we had dinner at Belfes twice during our stay and it was very good. We had a couple of small issues with our room and Angelica quickly solved those. One morning we were up early before breakfast time and Brandon served us in the lobby area. Molly was particularly helpful during the rest of our trip. She’s very Pleasant and polite.” — Matt Faulkner

Darren and Dana with guest services came to our room personally to figure out our needs and accommodated each request. The rooms are elegantly decorated and very comfortable. “Beautiful hotel very centrally located in the heart of Dublin and just a short walk to shops, restaurants, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, etc. We had the Studio Suite with an interconnecting room for my sister and nephew and both rooms were clean and nicely appointed and even provided a chocolate treat in both rooms as a complimentary amenity. Bottled drinking water is provided complimentary but the mini-bar is note. The staff was very customer service oriented and even offered us a complimentary cocktail in the lounge because our room was a little late upon check-in. I would stay her” — Diane Clelland
