“I booked a two-night stay at the Thompson Houston specifically to relax and enjoy a luxury pool experience with an important VIP client, and it ended up being one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. When we first arrived, the hotel itself seemed welcoming, but the entire experience completely fell apart once we got to the pool area.
