“My stay at Thompson Madrid was one of the most disappointing luxury hotel experiences I have had. I booked through the American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts program specifically because of the enhanced guest benefits and elevated level of service it promises. Unfortunately, none of that seemed to matter upon arrival. After a 14-hour international flight, I arrived at the hotel hoping for some flexibility with check-in. “We’re still in here , staying here , hope someone reads this This is our second time staying at this hotel. First experience was “Amazing “ but this time there are so many disappointing things happening. We’re still in the hotel and leaving on Saturday. First of all, room service is like a joke, phone call room service is not available , we should use a QR code and delivery time of the food minimum 30 minutes from outside ?
