“Day 1, shower not draining, ankles covered in water, my wife could not use shower. Maintenance came to repair, but Window drape off its track not touched though I requested it be taken care of. Day 2, shower still VERY slow to drain and ankle deep in water but did drain eventually, wife able to shower after it drained, she too got ankle soaking. Let front desk know. Room was not cleaned. Housekeeping said that I must have left the DND light on (which I did not). Manager of front desk told me he was sorry and gave me his card saying "Call me if you choose to stay with us again, and I'll make yo” — robert wade
