“Beautifully updated hotel in a great location. Just a few steps from San Marco square. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff were extremely pleasant and they're always looking for ways to help you. Special thanks to staff member Madalina who was always there ready to help us!! Just be aware that the prices at the bar are a little bit on the expensive side. “Outstanding boutique hotel. The location is second to none, a short stroll to St Marks Square and right on the street where all the high end boutiques are. The actual hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms are spacious. We requested an upgrade upon our arrival and were very pleased with the suite we stayed in, overlooking S. Moise canal. It was large with a huge walk in robe to keep all our luggage. The staff were so friendly and professional. The breakfast was plentiful and the bar area was so lovely to spend time in either reading with a coffee or before or after dinner drinks. I can’t” — Tatiana Coulter

“This hotel was honestly incredible. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, and everything just feels right the moment you’re there. I traveled with my kids, and since Venice is not exactly known as a super kid friendly place, I was genuinely impressed by the effort they made for them, with little gifts and thoughtful touches that made the kids feel welcome and happy the entire stay. That kind of care makes a huge difference and you really feel it throughout the hotel.
