“We had a wonderful stay! I went with my friend for a girls trip and we had a great time. Great hotel, clean, staff always attentive and friendly. Location was the best, we were able to walk to everywhere we had plans to. We had breakfast and it was delicious. Edward was our waiter and was exceptional. Housekeeper Denise serviced our room and was excellent. Big thank you to Daniela and the front desk team who were able to accommodate early check in. “I’ve stayed at many Waldorf Astoria properties worldwide (Dubai, Jerusalem, NYC, Maldives, Chicago, Beverly Hills, Cancun, Amsterdam, Rome, Bangkok), so I arrived with clear expectations of the brand. This Las Vegas property, while in a good location and with some strong physical attributes, did not come close to the standard I’ve consistently experienced elsewhere. Overall, it felt more like a standard four-star hotel operating under a luxury name. “Location is far from the strip but close to Aria and Cosmopolitan. The cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t the best but the bell men outside and Julian at the front desk made my stay worthwhile. The fitness center is small not much equipment. I guess I’m an anomaly because I love working out on vacation. Additionally, I called three separate people for coffee pods and they all made excuses. I think most of the service staff will cater to you if you’re giving out tips. Even gave a tip and my coffee pods were not delivered. Ultimately, I moved to the Fontainebleau hotel.
