“Had a really wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Osaka. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming, and the whole stay felt very smooth and comfortable. I was very kindly upgraded to a beautiful corner suite with an amazing river view and the room was stunning. The staff member who brought us to the room immediately offered to help take photos for us at the stunning corner window. “I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Osaka using a complimentary night from my Hilton credit card. As a Diamond member, I had high expectations, but unfortunately the experience fell short in several ways. First, the first impression at the bell desk was quite disappointing.
