“We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, including four visits within the last twelve months. During the period when Laurent was General Manager, the standards were excellent and there was never a single reason for complaint. Our most recent stay, however, was unacceptable in every respect. Hygiene has severely declined, and service standards have dropped dramatically.
