“We visited this resort in October 2025 after hearing so many glowing recommendations. The staff deserve real praise — they’re polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. That said, the property itself feels tired and overdue for a proper refresh. The villa layout is beautiful, but several of the lights didn’t work and the controls were confusing. Some fittings had mould, and the outside decking was so weathered that it left our feet dirty every time we stepped outside. Maintenance overall seems to have slipped.
