“I’m pretty disappointed with our stay here. I specifically booked this hotel through the Chase Edit program because of the extra perks, but in the end I didn't receive any. I know the room upgrade is "subject to availability" and I did not receive one...but I’d even reached out to the concierge before our trip to ask for an upper floor. “This place is located in a convenient location with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby along with beaches and a decent size pool area. The grounds are beautiful and the kids enjoyed the parrots. The hotel is older and the rooms are on the smaller side so if you're able to look past that, it's a great vibe.
