“Came to Vail for the opening of Zuma and stayed at this hotel. Everything was amazing! The service was exceptional from the whole team - Valet, reception, housekeeping and the on-site restaurants. It is also one of the only pet-friendly hotels in Vail, so it was perfect for me and my Pomeranian, Moose. They even provided and bed, bowls and treats for him which was a very nice touch. “Zero Empathy When It Mattered Most I stayed at the Hyatt Grand Vail while attending a conference and the way this property handled a legitimate family emergency was unbelievably cold and unprofessional. I had a family emergency come up and needed to check out one day early. Around 10:30 in the morning, I went to the front desk and explained the situation.
