Simply put, for the price point of the stay with additional resort fees and $25 pina coladas, it shouldn't be "most" team members. The food and drinks are very expensive for the quality. “We just stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas in Feb and just got back, and we had the best time. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and welcoming. From check in, they had the crib, highchair, pack and play set up, and the two twin beds pushed together when we got in our rooms just like i requested. Our condo was super clean. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us warmly. Even the woman at the gate security, whose name I wish I could remember, welcomed us each day with the biggest smile.
