“Went in on a Friday night with a reservation for a birthday dinner. We were seated at the bar which was nice, it is not so much as a bar feel more just a high top long table. We ordered cocktails which were fun and tasty! We ordered the whipped ricotta and that was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful! A good amount of bread for the ricotta provided which is important! We ordered the pork belly skewers as well and I could have left them, nothing special and flavor was okay, but for the price they weren’t worth it. One unique detail I appreciated was that they include the recipe card for the bread with your check, a fun and thoughtful surprise. “Zia's Restaurant has become one of our family traditions whenever we go to Saint Louis Zoo or spend the day shopping and exploring St. Louis. Each dish had layers of flavor that made it an incredible tasting experience. The two drinks we got were the soda pop drink, and the pretty and pink. Both were really excellent and refreshing.
