“The history, setting, decor and the private tour of Versailles is amazing. But for an experience of this caliber, the service could be improved. We were taken to wrong room when our butler was taking us to our room. We had to tell him it’s not our room because those are not our suitcases. I don’t know how a mistake like that could be made and there were no apologies made as if nothing happened. “Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I am currently staying at this hotel from 22–24 June 2026 and, unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, despite paying EUR 666 for a two-night stay. On one of the hottest days of the year, the air conditioning in the hotel stopped working and, as of 9:30 p.m. when I am writing this review, the issue has still not been resolved.
