“The history, setting, decor and the private tour of Versailles is amazing. But for an experience of this caliber, the service could be improved. We were taken to wrong room when our butler was taking us to our room. We had to tell him it’s not our room because those are not our suitcases. I don’t know how a mistake like that could be made and there were no apologies made as if nothing happened.
