“We came from adlon Kempinski desden and from there to this one in Berlin. Big fans. This one is very nice and front desk lady was so friendly. Good cigar bar called elephant bar. “Went there for 2 nights over a busy weekend. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel itself great. I liked my room, it was spacious, very clean, quiet and most important -> the bed very comfy. “I stayed here during a heatwave and overall had a really nice time. Since it’s a Waldorf Astoria, I expected it to feel a bit fancier so I wasn't totally blown away, but it was still a great hotel. The absolute best part was the concierge. They reached out before my trip to help with dinner reservations. One of the places I wanted was closed on the weekend, so they proactively suggested a similar spot nearby, which was super helpful. “I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay at this hotel. From check-in to checkout, everything was flawless.
