“I stayed here during a heatwave and overall had a really nice time. Since it’s a Waldorf Astoria, I expected it to feel a bit fancier so I wasn't totally blown away, but it was still a great hotel. The absolute best part was the concierge. They reached out before my trip to help with dinner reservations. One of the places I wanted was closed on the weekend, so they proactively suggested a similar spot nearby, which was super helpful. “The best hotel we have ever stayed at! Luxurious, elegant, and incredibly stylish. The staff are extremely attentive, always ready to help, and genuinely kind. At breakfast, in addition to the very diverse buffet, you can also order a main breakfast dish from the menu — omelets, Eggs Benedict, pancakes, gyoza, and much more. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and offer lovely views. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and a handwritten card delivered to our room, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. “I stayed at the hotel twice, during the Christmas season and in April. The team has been great during both stays. The check-in was smooth, and I got a room with a great view both times. The staff walked to my room and told me more about the amenities. The breakfast had lots of options, and I was regularly asked if I needed anything. I used the sauna in December, which was nice during the cold weather. The spa and gym were undergoing renovations in April, which they informed me ahead of time.
