“This hotel has a rather unusual room layout that may not suit everyone. The bathroom and shower doors have noticeable gaps at the top and bottom, which means there is very little privacy. Sounds (and in some cases even smells) travel easily into the room. The sink is also located directly in the bedroom area, so it essentially feels like you’re sleeping in your bathroom. “I have had excellent service since I walked through the door!!! Emily at check in was attentive, friendly and helped me with a bit of a situation like it was absolutely nothing! Anna at night service has always been so friendly and helpful. The staff have all been so excellent, the rooms are super clean, modern and homely at the same time. “Staying at Ace Hotel had been on my bucket list for a long time, so I was really looking forward to it. The hotel had a stylish, modern atmosphere, and the reception staff were friendly and kind, even though they were very busy. They also had a great sense of style that really suited the hotel’s vibe. One staff member kindly went to the stockroom twice to help me find the right jumper, which I really appreciated. Our room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character.
