Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere

“I arrived at the hotel shortly before 1 PM and was assisted by a female front desk staff with long black hair and an East Asian appearance. She informed me that check-in would only be available at 3 PM. When I tried to pay the deposit, I could not remember my card PIN and failed several attempts. From the corner of my eye, I noticed she looked impatient, though the process was completed eventually. After that, I waited patiently on the sofa directly opposite the front desk. “Amazing experience at the Andaz hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and stylish. Ideally located, a few minutes from a tram stop, with local shops and restaurants for convenience. Situated within a 10 minute walking distance of the beautiful Belvedere Palace. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms included three free drinks and a snack everyday. I particularly appreciated the fact that the rooms were equipped with everything you could need, and could request various different items if forgotten (eg. Mouthwash, toothbrush etc). The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, making every stay feel effortless and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. One of the biggest advantages is the location, being so close to the central station makes getting around incredibly convenient. Whether for business or leisure, it’s perfectly situated.
