“Our stay here was truly 11/10 not only for the hotel itself but also for the service. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and in the best location. “I arrived at the hotel shortly before 1 PM and was assisted by a female front desk staff with long black hair and an East Asian appearance. She informed me that check-in would only be available at 3 PM. When I tried to pay the deposit, I could not remember my card PIN and failed several attempts. “We did not stay at the hotel. It took us several tries to get into the restaurant. Every day there were big lines waiting to get in. Finally, one day we were passing and there was a very short line. Hotel Sacher was on our list of must dos. We ate on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view of the multi story chandelier. I tried the famous Sacher torte. The service was wonderful.
