The windows were also quite dirty, making it difficult to take good photos. In addition, the pool water appeared heavily treated with chemicals, and the breakfast was fairly ordinary. We were hoping for a premium experience this time—though the first stay hadn't exactly set the bar high—but unfortunately, the service was once again consistently disappointing. While the location is perfect, the lack of coordination and disinterested staff make it impossible to recommend. The One Exception: The only bright spot was Tim from Valet Parking.
