“For an expensive hotel I expected a bit more. The views were beautiful, the beds were comfy, I did think the decor was very out dated, I didn't find it as clean as what I thought it would be. There was mold around some of the bathroom sinks, the toilet seat was heavy and loud, the bathroom doors are pretty see through 😅 so if you are going there as a family or with friends I wouldn't recommend. The lights and stairs are beautiful and its a convenient location. “The rooms are amazing, and as clean as you would expect. The location is obviously great that’s why it’s there. The service…the concierge and reception are the heart of the place and they make you feel special. But if you have a problem and expect anything other than to be treated like an inconvenience then you’ll love it. I can’t recommend the Crystal Villas enough!
