“I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by the abysmal check-in experience my partner and I encountered last night (May 22nd) at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Despite its prime location, the front office staff's dismissive and outright rude demeanor ruined our entire stay from the very first minute. When we arrived to check in last night, the front desk agent claimed they could not locate our reservation in their system. They blamed this on a system upgrade that apparently took place between the night of the 18th and 19th. It makes absolutely no sense why a system upgrade that concluded days ago ” — Think Big
