“This is the perfect location, right near the tram service and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. EVERYONE at the hotel made us feel welcome and valued. Breakfest Buffet was great as well as all staff there, so friendly, helpful and outgoing. Lobby bar staff friendly and always smiling. Concierge helped us with transportation to/from the airport and also helped us wrap a sign we bought from Haufbrauhaus between cardboard so it wouldn't bend. “This was our first time staying in a Kempinski hotel and likely our last. This hotel should be rated a 2/3 star hotel (despite its price point and facade). We booked this through our Amex platinum card thinking it would be a good hotel. Positives: The rooms were spacious, pool was clean and breakfast was delightful (service staff were lovely too). What could be improved: When we arrived in a taxi, we noted that the bell boy took a while to notice that we were guest before helping out with our luggages.
