“I recently booked 2 rooms for a quick trip based on the marketing stating it offered airport shuttle service. I called the concierge prior to our arrival and after I had the rooms booked for over a month and was then told they offered no such service. Let's just say my discussion with the floor/assistant manager was a waste of time! Meanwhile it cost my group over $200 in UBER fees in addition to the $$$/room rate. “Dear Hotel Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. My wife was part of the Epworth Freemasons hotel package, which allowed us to stay at the hotel on Day 4 after giving birth. Because of this arrangement, I also booked an additional room for my parents and our 4-year-old son. On 25 May, there was a city-wide electricity blackout around 5:00 PM. I understand that this situation was outside of the hotel’s control. However, I was very surprised that the hotel did not appear to have a backup generator or adequate contingency plan in place.
