They were super accommodating for our family of four, upgraded our rooms to ones with a better view because they had it available! Food was absolutely outstanding and every single need we had was taken care of. Rooftop poolside service was unexpectedly speedy! They offered complimentary slushies! “I stayed the weekend with my family for my daughter's make a wish, wish. Her dream is to live in a constantly happy and bright world where everyone is happy it's birthdays and Christmas everyday. So vivid was perfect for her. The rain was a little dampener over the 3day stay. Yet the very dedicated teams from Valleys to front desk and all the way through the hotel. Helped us relax and forget about the weather. So much that I cancelled commitments at home so we could stay longer unfortunately I could only manage an day extra away.
