“We had a wonderful stay at Rosewood Vienna overall! Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, wonderful hotel. Being right in the heart of the city made it so easy to walk everywhere and fully enjoy Vienna. The staff throughout our stay were warm, welcoming, and attentive. As someone traveling while pregnant, I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—they provided a pregnancy pillow in the room, which made a huge difference in comfort and showed a level of care that really stood out. “We stay in Rosewoods all over the world; it's our preference. But I would put the Rosewood Vienna on a lower scale. In most Rosewood hotels coming in, is an immediate check-in. You have to go to the 1st floor here. It's quite inhospitable. The service in the restaurant for lunch was fairly unwelcoming and at a minimum. Also, they charge a cover price! When you're staying in a hotel that is a 5 star and you're paying thousands of dollars for a room, you do not expect to be nickled and dimed with a cover charge in their restaurant. Ridiculous.
