This is not a traditional old-school large Viennese hotel but rather a friendly and modern mid size hotel with stylish traditional elements blended in. “To stay here was a special experience, not in any way an inexpensive option, but worth every euro. For a large hotel to manage to feel small and personal throughout every interaction with staff is an impressive achievement. Initial welcomer, check-in, breakfast, reception desk - each and every one was superb. The Hotel was recently refurbished and I don't think I have ever stayed in a better equipped and designed room. “This is an excellent hotel that earns its five star status. The man who checked me in was super helpful, and they happily let me relax in the spa (which is state of the art) even a bit beyond its opening hours. I love the selection of teas in the room and spa that they have available for free to guests. The green lighting in the pool is awesome. Breakfast was magnificent.
