We go every year and we just love the feeling that we get there, the amazing staff and the delightful food offerings. “The rooms and the hotel in general are lovely. We have previously stayed at the Langham Melbourne, and it was a memorable experience, particularly when it came to the food. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay at the Langham Sydney. We sat down for breakfast at exactly 9:30 am. and were greeted by an enthusiastic young staff member who was very pleasant. She encouraged us to order from the breakfast menu, which we did while she was still at our table. By 10:00 a.m., our meals had still not arrived. “Been coming here for the last 5 years for our anniversary because of great service and genuine care. Unfortunately this we were disappointed. I’m not sure if management has changed, but they made us feel like just another booking. Nothing special to remember us, placed us in an incorrect room with some awful Neighbours next door telling us to be quiet at 630pm and banging on the wall (we were speaking at a normal volume), robe with a hole in it for my son (and I had to ask for the robe- usually they provide it).
