They worked with my husband to surprise me with a decorated room and champagne, and even threw in some extras. This was my first stay at a Ritz brand hotel, and they made it so memorable. Norman and his colleagues , All people at Front desk febe Luka yaoyao , concierge Oscar Philip Rainer, spa Laura and Shapoor at the bar. I remember their name because they all treat me like their friend, and did the best they can to make sure I have a wonderful stay. “Beautiful hotel in a safe & clean town. Everyone was welcoming & I had one of the best pizzas ever & the best old fashion at the bar. We had an minor inconvenience during our stay. Nothing major but the room service manager Andy came by personally to address the issue & resolve any concern we had. Not only did he go & upon any expectations I had, he set a higher bar. That is the Ritz Carlton service. And to top it off, he came by with a gift that night & he came by the next day as a follow up. You want to be treated special, stay at the Ritz.” — J Y
