“Fantastic hotel with chic, unique rooms in true W style. The rooms are spacious, the Wet Deck pool is great, and the overall design makes the stay feel a bit more special than your average hotel. The standout for us was the team at Curious. The staff there were warm, attentive and genuinely helpful, and they were easily the highlight of our stay. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but the female waitress with long blonde hair was fantastic — hilarious, engaging, and genuinely made our night memorable. “Stayed at W Melbourne over Christmas with my puppy and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is luxurious and beautifully designed, with moody lighting and excellent blackout curtains that let us sleep in and enjoy breakfast at 1pm. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and spotless, and I never once had to worry about my young dog getting into anything he shouldn’t — which made the stay feel relaxed and effortless. “Great hotel with nice, comfortable rooms and a pleasant overall atmosphere. A special mention to Kitty, who was incredibly bright, always smiling, and very helpful throughout the stay — service like that really makes a difference.
