“We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt in Auckland. Our family had three rooms including an executive suite. The rooms were incredibly clean and so comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures still felt modern and nice. The showers and beds were excellent. The views over the harbour were wonderful especially during sunrise and sunset. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. The concierge arranged a transfer to the airport for us. The driver was on time and the trip was easy and enjoyable. “A good but not great hotel in my opinion. Exceptionally quiet, but seemed like there were not many people here during my stay. This was my first trip to Auckland so I can't compare ot to other options in the area. Maybe just my opinion but had kind of an odd feel to the atmosphere. Executive club was a bit disappointing and underwhelming compared to other hotel clubs I have visited. Overall, not bad, but not exceptional compared to other high end hotels I have stayed with. “Beautiful, beautiful hotel. A true 5 star experience from beginning to end. Service was impeccable. Accidentally dropped the shower head and broke it. Was fixed within 5 minutes. The views are magnificent. The pool is has a nice deck to relax with an amazing view. Provided us with an experience beyond what I could have hoped for my wife and I on our 24th anniversary trip. They asked the reason for our trip on arrival and provided a complimentary bottle of wine and a delicious brownie. Cannot say enough good things.
